Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://nknailsandspa.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. N&K Nails and Spa reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, N&K Nails and Spa markets and arranges Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing Services, Acrylic Nails, Nail Design. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://nknailsandspa.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of N&K Nails and Spa or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. N&K Nails and Spa may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. N&K Nails and Spa makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. N&K Nails and Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify N&K Nails and Spa against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
